Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Clinical Supervisor to lead our national telehealth program, providing clinical oversight and supervision for therapists delivering IOP-level care in a remote setting.

You will work with the Telehealth Clinical Director and Head of Telehealth to shape clinical practices, expand licensure across state lines, and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care across our virtual services.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in at least one state (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with substance use/mental health disorders.
• Experience with Intensive Outpatient Programs or structured outpatient treatment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a clinical team.
• Commitment to documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Take on a leadership role within a growing national telehealth program.
• Help shape clinical practices and processes to influence outcomes and care quality.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to telehealth therapists delivering IOP-level care.
• Monitor clinical performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans for quality and compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance on complex cases, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the Telehealth Director to maintain standards, improve workflows, and support growth.
