Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, fully independent clinical licensure in FL, PA or DE.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with substance use and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to telehealth therapists.
• Monitor clinical performance, give feedback, and support professional development.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans for quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical standards and program growth.
