Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers, a national provider of intensive treatment, seeks a full-time Telehealth Therapist to deliver IOP-level care to individuals overcoming substance use and mental health disorders in a remote setting.

The role reports to the Telehealth Clinical Director with support from the Head of Telehealth, offering clinical guidance and operational backing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for integrated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) preferred; Associate/Intern credentials accepted.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical experience serving SUD and/or MH populations.
• Direct experience at an IOP level of care.
• Working knowledge of clinical standards of care for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Sound clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills, including risk assessment and de-escalation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to a care team.

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments to guide level-of-care decisions and planning.
• Develop and update master treatment plans with measurable goals.
