Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Telehealth Therapist to join a clinical team delivering IOP-level care to individuals overcoming substance use and mental health disorders. This remote role requires California licensure and offers 40 hours per week.

You will report to the Telehealth Clinical Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide group and individual therapy, family sessions, and comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT strongly preferred).
• California licensure required at time of hire.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and manage a multi-group caseload.
• Provide individual therapy to support patient progress through treatment.
• Lead family engagement sessions to strengthen continuity of care.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop master treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Apply clinical judgment in crisis, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliant documentation.

Education
