Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Telehealth Therapist licensed in California for a full-time remote role. You will provide group and individual therapy within an Intensive Outpatient Program, leading family sessions and developing treatment plans, all while maintaining thorough documentation.

Remote position with a 40-hour workweek; compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 depending on licensure, education, and experience. Licensure reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (CA strongly preferred).
• Master's degree in a related human services field.
• California licensure required at time of hire.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate group therapy sessions within an IOP via telehealth.
• Provide individual therapy to support patient progress.
• Lead family engagement sessions to strengthen continuity of care.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments to guide level-of-care decisions.
• Develop and update master treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation across all phases of care.
