Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists to provide outpatient telehealth services to children, adolescents, and adults across Virginia. This fully remote role requires evening and/or weekend availability, with steady referrals and a supportive clinical environment.

You will conduct individual and family therapy via secure telehealth, develop treatment plans, and document in the EHR while ensuring compliance with standards and maintaining a

• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP, Resident, or Supervisee).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled evening/weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EHR.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed.
• Maintain a minimum active caseload of 15 clients.
• Offer availability during evening and/or weekend hours.
