Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to deliver telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and building therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training. A full caseload is expected within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) in Virginia.
• Available for telehealth sessions in evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth.
• Maintain a full caseload and meet a minimum of 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability.
• Engage with Thriveworks support for credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing.
