Qualifications

• LMSW, LCSW, or LPC, LPC-A (TX Only). 0–1 year post-graduate experience.
• Knowledge of growth and development for the patient population.
• Understanding mental illness and chemical dependency and family dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including assessments and therapy.
• Plan and conduct individual, family, and group therapy as ordered.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan with supervisor.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
