Job summary

Oceans Healthcare, L.L.C. seeks Telehealth Therapists to provide remote clinical services to patients, joining a multidisciplinary treatment team.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapies to support patient progress in treatment. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, collaboration with physicians and social workers, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Provides direct clinical services in accordance with accepted standards.
• Plans and conducts individual, family and/or group therapy as assigned.
• Conducts, assesses and interprets completion of Comprehensive Integrated Assessment.
• Reviews multidisciplinary assessments and compiles a multidisciplinary treatment plan under supervision.
• Performs case management and discharge planning as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct clinical services remotely to patients.
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Develops and implements treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensures ethical patient care and respectful communication with patients and families.
