The role supports the FuzeRx Central Operations team with compassionate, efficient service. Requires BSN and active RN license, 2+ years RN experience, and 1–2 years in telehealth.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active in applicable states.
• 2+ years of RN experience; 1–2 years in remote/telehealth.
• Strong EMR skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Telehealth patient care via remote platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments and review histories.
• Document patient conditions and care interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and adherence.
• Collaborate with providers to implement care plans.
