Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients. You will set your own schedule and work within a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive, evidence-based care via telehealth.

Responsibilities include conducting synchronous video visits, collaborating with medical providers and therapists, keeping accurate documentation, and adhering to privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits.
