Job summary

One Medical in the United States is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Virtual Medical Team, delivering world‑class, evidence‑based primary care to patients 24/7 through telehealth, video, phone, and email visits in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

This full‑time role requires MSPAS and active NCCPA, state licenses (CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO) with the ability to obtain more, and availability for weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as a Physician Assistant for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Current shifts range from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care virtually.
