Job summary

Ophelia, a venture-backed healthcare startup addressing opioid use disorder, seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to drive patient enrollment through first contact and outreach. You will guide prospective patients through initial steps, remove barriers to treatment, and use data to track enrollment under the Lead Enrollment Coordinator.

This fully remote, 40-hour-per-week role runs Tue-Sat, 12 PM–8 PM ET, with strong benefits and a clear growth path as Ophelia expands across states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role.
• Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups.
• Tech-savvy: able to work across multiple platforms in a remote-first, tech-enabled environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and contribute to system/process improvements.
• Data-minded: uses metrics to track outreach and enrollment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and guide prospective Ophelia patients through enrollment.
• Outreach via cold calls and referrals to initiate care.
• Triaging prospective patients and addressing barriers to treatment.
• Work remotely in a tech-driven workflow.
• Represent Ophelia's mission and contribute to team growth.
