The role includes monitoring patient status, ensuring privacy, and contributing to program development and best practices in telehealth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience.
• 5 years preferred.
• Experience drafting organizational telehealth protocols/workflows.
• Experience analyzing quality data and metrics.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and nursing leadership.

Responsabilités

• Performs quality assurance and peer reviews for telehealth programs with leadership input.
• Meet with senior leadership regularly to discuss program quality metrics.
• Lead case reviews and implement solutions, monitor outcomes.
• Triages and assigns cases for virtual monitoring/observation.
• Provide training on telehealth workflows and documentation.
