Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for telehealth supervision and program development. The role emphasizes remote client oversight, data-driven therapy plans, and family coaching across multiple locations with occasional in-person sessions.

Illinois-based candidates are required. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain ethical standards and HIPAA compliance, and ensure quality care while managing a flexible, remotely delivered caseload and

Qualifications

• National BACB BCBA certification required and Illinois BCBA license.
• Master's degree in relevant field from accredited university.
• Telehealth supervision and parent training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce BCBA standards to maintain BY YOUR SIDE's high quality of care.
• Ensure ethical standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and therapy plans.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plans with long- and short-term goals and progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with BY YOUR SIDE staff to ensure effective implementation.
• Consult and train families for ongoing progress and program development.
• Prepare reports per best practices and insurer requirements.
• Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with families.
• Cover caseload during leaves to promote continuity of care.
• Attend professional meetings for CEUs and represent BY YOUR SIDE in events.
