United Care ABA is expanding its nationwide telehealth team to deliver Medicaid-funded ABA services to families across the U.S. A BCBA is sought to lead remote care for children and to collaborate with clinicians in a lean, ethical, and impact-first model.

The role emphasizes 100% telehealth caseloads, flexible scheduling, and strong mentorship within a dedicated clinical team, with ongoing CEU support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and valid in the US.
• Experience delivering services via telehealth is preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills for progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children via 100% telehealth across NY families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning.
• Offer mentorship and supervision to RBTs and junior staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and case consultations.
