Job summary

Key Connections ABA Services is seeking a BCBA to provide flexible, part-time ABA services for children, adolescents and young adults across home, school, center, and community settings. You will select a caseload that fits your availability and professional goals, maintaining clinical autonomy and collaboration with a supportive leadership team.

Compensation is $70–$85 per hour with approximately 15–18 hours per week, plus travel reimbursement and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Analyze client data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide parent training, caregiver support, and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
