Job summary

At Centria Autism, Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes.

This remote role offers flexibility and meaningful clinical impact. You will provide remote supervision, develop assent-based plans, and travel periodically to markets (travel expenses paid). Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging $1,000 per month.

Qualifications

BCBA credential required and active in good standing.
Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth is preferred.
Willingness to travel periodically to markets (expenses paid by Centria).

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
Provide remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field.
Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies.
Maintain high-quality clinical services through data-driven decision-making.
