gaiia is hiring a Workflow Automation Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will design and evolve production-grade telecom provisioning workflows, collaborating with a network expert to deliver reliable automations at scale for clients.

You will own workflows end-to-end, troubleshoot production runs, and coach customers on best practices. The role emphasizes remote work, strong communication, and building maintainable solutions across deployments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern software practices.

Mansioni

• Translate designs into end-to-end telecom workflows using gaiia’s workflow builder.
• Implement orchestration logic with retries, fallbacks, and parallelism.
• Build reusable workflow patterns and templates for scale across customers.
• Write TypeScript code steps and keep workflows testable and maintainable.
