Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a large telecom ISP service contract. The role reports to the Director of the Managed Services Division and requires managing internal technicians and subcontractors across a geographic territory.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of facilities electrical powering and cooling service experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment while maintaining detailed maintenance and inspection

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing facilities electrical powering and cooling services.
• Superior organizational skills and experience managing teams of service providers.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a changing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Proficient with MS Word, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with remote web applications and web services.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal technicians to execute preventative maintenance contracts across the geographic territory.
• Track open tickets to ensure timely completion and communicate status to customer.
• Communicate with customers to address questions and requests; escalate as needed.
• Arrange for repairs to restore service and schedule them.
• Order parts for needed repairs.
• Read and understand schematics, flowcharts, wiring diagrams and specifications.
• Review inspection reports and advise on future maintenance needs.
• Maintain preventative and emergency maintenance reports for customer review.
