• Strong understanding of operational processes, software development environments, and technical program delivery.
• Experience with financial models, budgets, business cases, and program economics.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills for communicating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the delivery of a critical program focused on automating engineering activities and processes.
• Manage program scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with engineering, software development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communications for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain executive-level presentations, program updates, and financial models.
• Monitor program financials, budgets, and business cases to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and engineering automation.
• Quickly learn new engineering concepts and hardware terminology to guide discussions.
• Proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive accountability across teams.
