Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications or related infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing third‑party vendors, multi-site deployments, schedules, budgets, and complex technical documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and proactive follow-through.
• Familiarity with satellite ground infrastructure, C‑Band clearing, RF systems, and FCC compliance preferred.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Salesforce including scheduling, planning, financial tracking, data analysis and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage third‑party vendors performing C‑Band ground clearing across sites.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation (Charters, RACI, project plans, schedules, RAID).
• Monitor progress, analyze performance data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet FCC deadlines.
• Coordinate site readiness, engineering approvals, supply chain activities, equipment availability, and vendor schedules.
• Track costs, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and financial commitments against the approved scope.
• Prepare FCC regulatory submissions and reimbursement packages with traceability and accuracy.
• Coordinate site acceptance, punch-list resolution, and final deliverables; support continuity of satellite services.
• Develop status reports, dashboards, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, finance, procurement and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely execution.
