Job summary

Harmonic is seeking a Program Manager to ensure the successful and timely execution of technical programs across multiple teams and geographies through the full system development life cycle.

The role demands hands-on coordination of complex deployments, rigorous scheduling, risk tracking, and regular stakeholder communication. Remote work is allowed within the Western or Central Time Zone with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge in Project Management and PMI standards.
• Ability to organize own time, meet deadlines and targets, time management.
• Strong negotiations skills in both technical and commercial areas.
• Language – English at advanced level / Another European language is a plus.
• Understanding of networking systems hardware and software design is a plus.
• Confirmed PM experience in telecom customer’s projects 2-3 years or Service delivery manager experience > 5 years.
• Engineer background in telecom area (DataCom, Core, Radio, Transport network, IT, Quality Assurance and so on).
• Very welcome PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile or other certification as well as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or similar.
