Henry Schein One is seeking a Telecom Engineer to provide Tier 1 support for NICE CXone and RingCentral environments from a remote US location. The role requires 3+ years in IT or telecom support, hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral, and familiarity with call flows, IVRs, and scripting basics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT or telecom support experience.
• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone and RingCentral.
• Familiar with IVRs, call routing, provisioning, and telecom workflows.
• Exposure to scripting/workflow tools (CXone Studio preferred).
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for RingCentral and NICE CXone environments.
• Provision and manage user accounts and system configurations.
• Triage incidents and escalate to Tier 2/3 with complete details.
• Assist with development and documentation of call flows in CXone/RingCentral.
• Maintain change records, docs, FAQs and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with senior telecom engineers during deployments.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
