Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Technical Operations Analyst II to analyze telecom and cloud billing data, ensure invoice accuracy, and support cost optimization. The role collaborates with AP, Finance, Procurement, and IT to review invoices, reconcile charges, and identify discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting with 1+ year in telecom or cloud expense management, plus strong Excel and ERP experience. Remote work is supported with potential travel for business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance/information systems/telecommunications
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 1+ years in telecom, utilities, or cloud data services expense management
• 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and specialized billing systems

Responsibilities

• Receive and process monthly invoices and billing files from telecom carriers and cloud providers.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy against contracts.
• Validate and reconcile billed services with inventory and orders.
• Identify duplicate charges, billing errors, and unauthorized expenditures.
• Produce and review operational metric trends and dashboards for leadership.
