Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated Project Management experience.
• 3+ years within Billing Operations, Financial Systems, or Order-to-Cash.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects focused on understanding complex order-to-cash workflows to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and revenue leakage.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations for billing discrepancies and manage remediation efforts.
• Communicate results with dynamic reporting showing trends and anomalies in business risk context.
• Facilitate regular and adhoc project meetings, manage risks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders; establish best practices and governance.
