Job summary

RTX is seeking a Telecommunication Senior Analyst for the Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on provisioning, coordination, and lifecycle management of telecom circuits and services, collaborating with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and documentation.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in related work, plus experience with carrier portals and TEM systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years in related work.
• Experience with carriers and navigating carrier portals.
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or different carrier portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers to obtain circuit quotes, submit orders, and track delivery/activation timelines.
• Maintain accurate circuit information in carrier portals and internal systems.
• Process and monitor disconnect requests through completion.
• Partner with Telecom Provisioning to support telecom projects and requirements.
• Use TEM systems to validate telecom inventory and expenses; communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting of routine provisioning issues with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain complete documentation to support compliance and audits.
• Provide updates in RTX tracking tools ServiceNow and M365 SharePoint.
