RTX Enterprise Services in Puerto Rico seeks a Telecom Sr. Analyst to manage provisioning, coordination, and lifecycle of telecom circuits. You will work with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and documentation.

This remote role requires 2+ years of relevant telecom experience, familiarity with TEM, ServiceNow, and carrier portals, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel to the Santa Isabel site may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of relevant telecom experience.
• Experience with carriers and carrier portals.
• Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or other carrier portals.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with carriers to obtain circuit quotes, submit orders, and track delivery and activation timelines.
• Maintain circuit information in portals and internal systems.
• Process disconnect requests through to completion.
• Support telecom projects with Provisioning team members.
• Use TEM systems to validate telecom inventory and expenses; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Assist in troubleshooting provisioning issues with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and internal standards.
• Provide updates into RTX tracking tools ServiceNow and M365 SharePoint.
