Orlando Health, Inc. in a remote Telecare setting seeks a Registered Nurse to triage after-hours patient concerns using evidence-based standards. You will assess, provide guidance, and coordinate care for Orlando Health and non-Orlando Health patients.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, collaborating with providers, and supporting RPM initiatives; requires Florida RN license and a BSN within 36 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• New hires must obtain a BSN within 36 months; meet unit competencies.
• Ambulatory nursing certification prep and ongoing education.

Responsabilités

• Triage after-hours patient concerns via calls/texts/video per protocols.
• Assess conditions, provide care guidance and appropriate disposition.
• Coordinate with providers and other teams to ensure timely care.
• Document interactions immediately and accurately.
• Cross-train for remote patient monitoring and RPM support.
