Job summary

Blueprint, a technology solutions firm based in Bellevue, WA with teams across the United States, seeks a remote Account Executive focused on education and nonprofit sectors. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive renewals, identify new opportunities, and negotiate agreements to meet client goals.

You will work independently from pipeline through close, collaborating with account managers and internal teams to craft proposals, address objections, and accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in technology sales or account management.
• 3+ years in solution sales or consulting services sales.
• Experience managing accounts, opportunities, renewals, or negotiations.
• Strong communication in customer-facing environments.
• Experience forecasting and coordinating deals through the cycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Collaborate with account teams and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, overseeing service renewals and opportunities.
• Develop proposals, address objections, and negotiate terms with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress deals and resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and update pipeline commentary for leadership.
• Drive revenue growth and renewal performance through strategic planning.
• Track KPIs like on-time renewals, renewal rates, and recapture rates.
