Qualifications

• Experience managing SharePoint sites, permissions, and governance.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and basic workflow creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track broader system trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the BMO IT support side stream lead for internal operational tools.
• Own and maintain Smart Tech’s SharePoint structure.
• Coordinate with ai2io during platform transitions.
• Implement and maintain Smartsheet and Power Automate workflows.
• Act as a cross-functional support resource for software navigation.
