Job summary

Blankenship CPA Group PLLC is seeking a Technology Coordinator to empower staff through technology, coach users, and streamline processes. You will design training, create learning resources, and drive adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the firm.

In this role, you’ll work on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint projects while collaborating with leadership to expand internal applications and reporting capabilities. The position supports growth in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, training, analyst, or similar role in a Professional Services environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Demonstrated experience teaching, training, coaching, or guiding others
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology training sessions and workshops
• Coach employees one-on-one to build confidence with technology
• Create guides, videos, and learning resources
• Establish technology champions across the organization
• Manage and track technology requests across multiple offices
• Support technology projects, testing activities, and rollouts
• Maintain and enhance our SharePoint intranet
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Build Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Support internally developed business applications
• Contribute to reporting and data improvement initiatives
• Learn from technology leadership and broaden skills
