Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Internal Communications Lead to advise and support the Technology organization and drive enterprise-wide change through strategic messaging across internal channels.

You will manage the annual communications plan, collaborate with senior leaders, and leverage emerging technologies including AI to maximize engagement and clarity. This remote US role reports to a Director within Corporate Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communications, public relations, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate, employee, or technology communications with change/transformation focus.
• Strong track record of developing strategies and content for multiple internal channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy for initiatives within Humana Technology to drive employee engagement.
• Advise teams and leaders on internal communication approaches and tactical plans.
• Counsel business partners on communication strategies and execution.
• Develop change communication strategies, plans, and narratives for alignment across Technology and enterprise.
• Establish measurement discipline and report KPIs.
• Execute digital content strategies across internal channels.
• Produce executive-level communications and support executive events.
• Translate technology strategy into effective messaging to position Technology as a thought leader.
