Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate, employee, or technology communications experience.
• Strong track record of strategy and multi-channel content for internal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead internal comms strategy for Humana Technology initiatives.
• Advise leaders on comms best practices and create tactical plans and materials.
• Translate technology strategy into clear messaging for associates and stakeholders.
• Manage change communications plans, narratives, and KPIs to measure impact.
• Produce executive-level communications and support executive events.
