Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or relevant field; or 6+ years' experience in IT/cloud writing.
• Strong writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with US federal government documentation standards (e.g., NIST).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain technical documentation for cloud and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Translate testing criteria into detailed test plans and support testing processes.
• Write, edit, and proofread technical documents for client requests and deadlines.
• Review and revise existing documentation to maintain accuracy.
• Develop templates and collaborate with engineers and clients to create visuals and presentations.
