Job summary

RELI Group is hiring a Technical Writer to support TSA Strategic Communications and Public Affairs Web & Apps team. This fully remote, full-time role offers a $90,000 annual salary and requires the ability to obtain a TSA Public Trust clearance.

You will turn technical information into clear guides, organize content, and analyze usage to improve digital services. Work will involve collaboration with government stakeholders and technical staff to develop practical guidance, improve navigation,

Qualifications

Five years of relevant experience including technical writing and documentation.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with ability to translate complex information.
Experience gathering requirements from subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
Awareness of UI/UX principles and organizing content with clear categories and search terms.
Ability to analyze web usage data and develop dashboards and reports.
Ability to apply accessibility guidance and test documents per established methods.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint Online, web analytics, dashboards, and process-diagram software.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain SOPs, step-by-step guides, web development user guides, help docs, and FAQs for internal contributors and end users.
Conduct walkthroughs with subject-matter experts; capture requirements; convert workflows into clear instructions and diagrams; manage drafts through review and approval.
Maintain an organized procedure library; review content categories, naming conventions, and search terms; suggest navigation improvements.
Create and maintain the TSA PreCheck signage and marketing materials library; build an interactive toolkit with the technical team.
Track web and application usage across SharePoint Online and TSA.gov; analyze data to inform content decisions; utilize SiteImprove and Google Analytics.
Design, build, and deliver analytics dashboards; coordinate data access, implementation, and validation; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
Analyze monthly customer satisfaction data; categorize by theme and sentiment; prepare concise summaries with actionable recommendations.
Review documents and forms for accuracy, clarity, usability, and accessibility; test MS Office and PDF forms against 508 requirements.
Coordinate reviewer feedback, track deadlines, and support usability testing and asset organization.
