Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Technical Writer in Seattle, WA to join the Documentation Support team. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and operations to produce user-facing and developer‑facing content.

The role emphasizes clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement. You’ll plan, write, edit, and maintain guides, API references, and release notes across regions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience for software or technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Ability to craft clear, concise, task-based documentation for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Markdown, HTML, wikis or component content management systems.
  • Strong collaboration with engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, edit, and maintain user-facing documentation for AWS Boost-like content.
  • Create API references, process guides, and content-management documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and UX designers to translate complex features into clear steps.
  • Enforce documentation standards, templates, and information architecture.
  • Manage docs throughout product release cycles and regional launches.
