Job summary

Ting is hiring a Technical Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will assist customers by phone and email, craft precise documentation, and liaise to ensure smooth service delivery.

You’ll identify and report issues, support engineering testing, and troubleshoot to root causes while contributing to a collaborative team. The role requires an Associate degree or related certification and about 2 years in a technical or customer support position, with willingness to work nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or valid certification in related field.
• 2 years' work experience in a technical support or customer support role.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Ting customers by phone and email.
• Create and maintain clear, concise and accurate documentation for internal and external use.
• Act as liaison to ensure smooth operations and service delivery to all customers and partners.
• Identify, report, and document technical issues to help isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support Engineering team with testing software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues down to the root cause.
• Perform other duties as required.
