Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our internal support team for B2B retail. This role focuses on helping colleagues across the company—account managers, commercial and operations teams—when something doesn't work as expected, and you will dig into why and fix it.

You will work in a small team of two, closely with the team lead, enjoying solving puzzles and growing in a friendly international environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Readiness to work with large volumes of technical data.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort with regular, repetitive, and routine tasks, with attention to detail and patience.
• Genuine interest in the technical side of the product and in finding the root causes of errors.
• Open, friendly, and easy-going communication style.
• English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher, since you'll regularly communicate with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support internal teams (account managers, commercial and operations) to diagnose and fix issues.
• Dig into root causes and understand how the product works.
