Lincoln Electric is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with robotic welding, cutting, and material handling systems. The role includes troubleshooting, installation, robot programming and customer training, and supporting Field Service Technicians.

You will handle technical inquiries across channels, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in industrial automation, integration, or field service.
• Minimum 2 years with ABB or Fanuc robot platforms.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience reading electrical and mechanical prints.
• Proficiency in documenting procedures and using MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming technical phone support calls, emails and chats for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate technical issues with appropriate resources for resolution.
• Proper communication and timely follow up with customers.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions to enable departmental knowledge.
• Coordinate logistics and technical support for LEA Field Service Technicians.
• Generate knowledge content for external and internal use.
• Facilitate coordination and documentation for repairs and rebuilds.
• Ability to work flexible hours to ensure appropriate customer support levels.
• Ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction in high pressure situations.
