Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer experience via phone, email, remote support, or in-person.
• Maintain high-quality customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize Salesforce and case management to document and resolve issues.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and mechanical issues and provide solutions.
• Assist customers with software updates and remote troubleshooting.
• Build strong customer relationships and escalate complex concerns as needed.
