Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative I for a remote, US-based role. You will be the primary contact for technical support, guiding customers and sales reps on Synergy products and RMAs. The position emphasizes a strong product knowledge, meticulous documentation, and efficient problem solving.

The role operates in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST schedule and requires a reliable home workspace and internet.

Qualifications

Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
Experience with databases, data entry systems, or ERP platforms.
Experience working with customers and sales representatives in a service role.
Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on Synergy products and accessories.
Troubleshoot customer issues and manage RMAs.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-up.
Escalate at-risk customers and coordinate with internal teams.
Deliver high-quality phone and written support to customers and sales reps.
