Job summary
Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative I for a remote role in the United States.
You will be the primary contact for technical support inquiries, guiding customers on Synergy products, managing RMAs, and supporting the Arthrex remote team in a fast-paced regulatory environment. The role requires at least two years of experience with business applications (databases, data entry, ERP) and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience with regulated industries preferred.
- Experience with databases, data entry systems, or ERP.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer and Arthrex service records.
- Route requests to appropriate Arthrex team.
- Escalate at-risk customers and implement action plans.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
- Interface with distributors, sales reps, and medical professionals.
