Clipboard is hiring Technical Support Engineers to act as the primary escalation layer for technical issues across our platform. You will own the investigation, reproduction, and agent-assisted fixes to ensure production-ready problems reach Engineering.

Qualifications

• Technical fluency with observability tools and data interrogation.
• Ability to investigate issues end-to-end and reproduce findings.
• Clear, evidence-based write-ups for engineering review.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor escalation channels and support queues to detect systemic issues.
• Investigate complex problems using Datadog, SQL, and dashboards.
• Lead live incidents from detection to resolution with cross‑team coordination.
• Test fixes and hand off to Engineering with sign-off.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document learnings.
• Maintain workflows and look for monitoring improvements.
• Capture learnings in guides and propose actionable changes.
• Uphold ownership and high standards in all interactions.
