Tenable in the Exposure Management space seeks a Technical Support specialist to bridge our products and customers, solving real-world challenges in vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software across complex environments.

You will join a team that collaborates with Sales, Advocacy, R&D and Operations, troubleshoot inquiries, analyze vulnerability scans, and help customers understand results while feeding feedback to Product Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with networking, Linux/Unix, macOS, Windows administration.
• Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients; security experience a plus.
• Interest in AI/LLMs and willingness to adopt AI tools.
• Knowledge of computer/network security; Nessus familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical inquiries.
• Analyze vulnerability scans, system audits, and log events.
• Use remote troubleshooting to fix issues.
• Recreate customer issues in a lab for engineering assessment.
• Capture customer feedback for Product Management and RD.
• Maintain knowledge of Tenable products and security best practices.
• Publish reusable solution knowledge for customers and colleagues.
