Qualifications

• Experience sourcing technical talent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality engineering talent using various tools.
• Build talent pipelines for various engineering roles.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and CRM.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and messaging.

Skills

1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer success, or business development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Self-motivated with strong time management skills
