Job summary

GenScript USA Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to provide account management and high-level technical support, serving as the primary technical source for supporting sales and marketing activities. This fully remote role can reside anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel.

The position focuses on project management, project design, and proactive account management, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• PhD in a life science discipline or MS with relevant industry experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys fast-paced, team-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers and generate price quotes for projects.
• Analyze customer needs and resolve technical troubles or complaints; advise on additional services.
• Identify areas of concern and make recommendations for ongoing relationships.
• Maintain close communication with customers and coordinate with technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sustainable growth.
• Organize and deliver trainings or demos for sales and external distributors.
