Job summary

Polygon Labs is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to own API documentation, integration guides, and the developer experience for the Polygon Open Money Stack. This remote, full-time role sits in the Technology department and reports to the VP, Account Management & Support.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate customer needs into clear documentation and reusable solutions, guide integrations from kickoff to production, and use AI tooling to streamline

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with US payments rails (ACH, RTP, wires, card networks).
Strong API documentation, SDKs, or developer support background.
Excellent technical writing to document complex systems for external developers.
Experience using AI tools to build, document, and automate work.

Responsibilities

Own the accuracy and clarity of API documentation and integration guides.
Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for independent integration.
Serve as primary technical resource in sales conversations and partner integrations.
Lead signed partners through requirements intake, provisioning, testing, and go-live with Delivery teams.
Develop deep platform knowledge across rails, wallets, custodial and non-custodial flows, and webhooks.
Create demos and enablement materials to support Business Development and Sales.
Identify API/UX gaps and propose prioritized product/engineering improvements.
Automate onboarding and frontline support using AI tools.
