Job summary

Polygon Labs is building a leading fintech infrastructure for onchain payments and the Polygon Open Money Stack. We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to own the developer experience and API integration journey for partners, including documentation, sample code, and go-live support.

Reporting to the VP, Account Management & Support, you will enable partners to integrate with Polygon with minimal direct assistance, working across Engineering, Product, and Sales to improve the

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with US payments (ACH, RTP, wires, card networks) and settlement/reconciliation.
• Experience leading API integrations from kickoff to production at payments/fintech infra company.
• Owning API documentation, SDKs, or developer support at an API-first payments company.
• Strong API troubleshooting and log-reading skills, understanding auth and retry behavior with tools like Postman/Datadog.
• Excellent technical writing to document complex systems for external developers.
• Regular use of AI tools to build, document, and automate work.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where platform and docs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Own API and integration documentation accuracy and updates.
• Build quickstarts, sample code, and reference architectures for developers (including AI tooling users).
• Serve as the primary technical resource in sales conversations alongside Business Development.
• Lead signed partners through requirements intake, provisioning after KYB/KYC, sandbox testing, webhook config, and go-live validation.
• Develop deep platform knowledge across ramps/bank rails, wallets/accounts, custodial flows, and webhooks.
• Create demos and enablement environments to support Business Development and Sales.
• Provide product feedback to close API gaps with clear recommendations.
• Use AI and internal tooling to streamline onboarding, provisioning, and frontline support.
