Job summary

PTC Inc. is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to deliver technical aspects of customer implementations. You will migrate PLM/QMS data to Arena, guide customers on Arena API, and estimate LOE for projects. Requires BS/MS, 4+ years data mapping/transforming, and consulting experience. Remote USA with Eastern Time preferred.

You will analyze data, ensure quality, and collaborate to improve processes while supporting multiple customers and projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.
• 4+ years of proven technical consulting in software solution implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, format data from customer and import into Arena.
• Extract data from Arena for delivery to customer.
• Provide Arena API guidance to customers.
• Gather technical requirements and develop LOE and time estimates.
• Participate in internal projects to improve processes and customer delight.
